Form and Formless

The divine oft' awaits us in myriad forms,
desiring our longing looks and warm embraces.
Naively we mistake the form for the divine being
and are left clinging to an empy shell
while the playful entity calls to us
from another corner of the room,
all the while living in our hearts.

Mossy,

I linked here from Enreal's Wordpress site and I'm so happy I did. On the other hand, I have spent much time I should have been writing, just happily reading your wonderful words.

I'm glad I found you and will be back.

I guess we are scared of the playful voice and unconsciously choose to ignore it.

Hello Miss D. (Misty?),

Thanks for visit. I am really glad that you read my stuff and will come back. I am afraid the content is quite intermittant. I can only write when I have something to say ( or perhaps something wants me to say it)

Yes we do so need to see beyond the form do we not? To the essence that lies beneath.

Very beautifully said.
