It is the height of injustice
that a powerful king must feed on the crumbs of a lowly slave.

Let the mind serve the heart for a moment. Here words need no rules or sense, if only what is said might help someone to experience their heart.

If the king was really powerfully, it won't need the slave's mercy.
If the slave was really lowly, it won't have fed the king...no matter what it fed...
Sometimes it's nice to walk a mile in another man's shoes.
The heart is a king possesing wisdom and power. The mind who is by nature weak, and who is deluded, appears to dominate the Heart, telling him when and how he may manifest.
Mind is like the corrupt court jester whisping lies in the king's ear while passing him drugged wine.
The height of injustice? The height of righteousness... to be all and powerful is to experience all...
I was confused by this piece... what message were you trying to relate?
Hello Enreal,
I was trying to convey my experience that my heart is much more qualified to lead than is my mind. I see my mind as a mere mechanical tool that became overly automated to such an extent that it has now taken control and has even subjegated the heart, who is the rightful master.
Wow mossy... this is indeed a masterpiece... although it was hidden in plain sight, it eluded my senses... I thank you for enlightening me... and the metaphors are brilliant!!!
Thank you Enreal,
Too much praise makes me reluctant to speak, for fear that I can not live up to it. But I am glad that my poems mean something to you.
Always
The king and the slave must somehow work together, although the king must indeed rule - but benevolently and kindly. The slave is still valuable no matter how lowly - all has a right to life and expression but must learn to live and speak appropriately.
