A Faint Scent of Being

The mind too is just smoke, but the heart is much sweeter.
Perhaps this holy smoke is more real than our interpreted world of "solid" objects.

Am I a solid object? I think that I must be more subtle than the slightest fragrance. Yet real and eternal.

What of love, trust, kindness, awareness, and meaning. Are these not real? Are they not at least infinitely more significant than physical touch. Could this "real" world of flesh and form possibly be justified if it did not hold meaning for a heart… all hearts.

A faint scent of being is the essence of life, the sweet purfume of reality...

Indeed this world does hold the meanings of the heart and soul... for this world is the teacher... it is what makes us grow... bless you for your light... for the world also holds much smoke

There is lower mind and higher mind. The higher mind connects with the heart to bring intuition and reveal the 'real' - which is so different from the solidity we think is reality.

Love... love is real... if we can but find it - I speak here of real love, true love, pure love, unconditional love. Very rare, but we are ever getting closer to it.

...and this world of flesh and form allows us to experience and open the heart...

It has purpose if only to lead us back home.

Hello Zenuria,

So many conditions on love, and yet it is everything; blogging, tolerating imperfections of co-workers, family and friends, recognizing beauty, looking for something higher. We are already so in love with everything. If we do not love any thing it is only because we are not really seeing it, or our selves.
